you can change emotions that subsequently have a physical effect on

more stress than ever before. Some stress is good. It helps us grow
and keeps us motivated. In fact, every action or reaction that we
have comes from stress. However,
too much stress causes emotional breakdowns, illness and even premature

technique, balances the brain and boost our body back to total health.
