Before and After C-Vac

If you choose or have to get a COVID-19 mRNA, FDA unapproved, experimental vaccine, there may be natural ways to help aid minimizing the vaccine's effect of changing your DNA and avoiding adverse reactions. The vaccine will use a GMO bioengineered protein spike to emulate COVID-19 infection in the cells of your body. This action is supposed to prompt your body to make the antibodies to fight off COVID-19. In some cases the vaccine may give you COVID so we need to look at and treat this mRNA vaccine as the disease invader it is.

Just like any other disease or illness when you get COVID-19 the severity of side effects do not just come from stress in the body. So its great that science looks at the physical but all illness and disease are caused by five types of stress that impact the body at the same time: physical, emotional, nutritional, environmental and spiritual.

Physical stress is caused by the COVID-19's virus SARS-Co-V2 or by the mRNA vaccines protein spike. Your physical side effect symptoms from the vaccine can be heightened by a weak immune system, co-morbidity of other illnesses or underlying diseases going on in the body (e.g., cancer, COPD, etc,), autoimmune disease, allergies, obesity, the aging process or anything that is causing your organs and body systems to work ineffectively.

Emotional stress could include negative emotions (e.g., fear, anger, depression), low self-esteem, resistance to future situations, and overall mental attitude.

Examples of nutritional stress include improper diet, poor food absorption, inadequate amounts or lack of vitamins, supplements, amino acids, enzymes and other nutrients that your body needs to turn food into energy.

Environmental stress happens through contact with hazardous chemicals, poisons, outside pollutants (e.g., smog, GMO and bioengineered foods, air and water pollutants, etc.), "over the counter," "street," and prescription drugs, excessive alcohol, tobacco, and other substance abuse. Repeated contact with environmental factors create adverse chemical interactions, inside or outside the body, which result in the "breaking down" of the body.

Spiritual Stress, for this discussion, is the energy of Collective Consciousness. As an example, if there is general unrest, fear or negative untruthful manipulation of the masses this energy will have a negative effect on the collective whole, which includes you.

Let's take a look at the immune system because it is the body's defense against "antigens" or foreign substances that invade the body. When a foreign substance initially invades the body the immune system makes a "memory" of it. The next time the same foreign substance appears, the immune system uses this "memory" to fight the disease faster. Essential for survival, the immune system provides long lasting immunity from disease. Herd immunity is a natural occurrence when enough people get the disease and have developed immunity. It is interesting to note that it was never meant for or the theory even tested for vaccines.

The immune system watches the body's cells to make sure they are normal. Abnormal cells have a protein marker on their outer cell membranes that signals the immune system to destroy them. When the immune system spots a foreign substance in the body it responds by producing two types of lymphocytes that can destroy the abnormal cells. B cells are lymphocytes that produce "antibodies" that come from the bone marrow. These antibodies circulate in the blood-stream and neutralize "out of cell" organisms such as bacteria, parasites, and viruses. T cells are lymphocytes that are responsible for the immunity of the body and come from the thymus. There are two types of T cells: Cytotoxic T cells, which kill organisms like bacteria and viruses that are "inside the cell" and Helper T cells which activate the cytotoxic T cells and B cells.

Mature T and B cells circulate in the bloodstream and can also be found in secondary locations in the lymph nodes, lymphoid tissue, and spleen. These locations are where the immune system response begins. Aside from the T and B cells there are larger lymphocytes that circulate in the blood but are found mostly in the spleen. These are called NK Cells which stands for Natural Killer Cells which kill certain tumors and viruses. The part of the body where NK cells come from is unknown. The B, T, and NK cells are the essence of the immune system.
Now let's take a look at how the mRNA vaccines enter into and change the immune system.

If you don't like them using bioengineered GMO CRISPR technology in your food, then be aware that mRNA vaccines are bioengineered with CRISPR technology and this protein spike in the vaccine is going direct into the cells of your body. Now let's take a look at the effects of Aging. Aging can cause a natural decline of the immune system. Building up and maintaining a high level immune system is the best way to combat disease and prevent illness. Controlling or eliminating the five types of stress als0 keeps the immune system working at peak performance.

Treating the whole person and not specific symptoms improves immune system longevity and makes it work more effectively and efficiently. Lifestyle, the proper diet, vitamins, supplements, exercise, positive attitude and thought, and stress reducing techniques all play an important role in boosting your immune system to maintain and work at top efficiency.

What may help prevent COVID-19 or if you're choose to take the COVID-19 Vaccine:

Eat a "clean," ideally organic diet. No processed foods of any kind. Follow a high immune system diet like KETO or the Chronic Fatige Diet, Candida Diet or Akaline or Metal Detox diet with time restricted eating (intermittent fasting). Another helpful strategy is to maintain a neutral pH. A simple way to raise your pH if it's too acidic (and most people are) is to take one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda in water a few times a day.
